BG Trans is a Sofia-based passenger transport company built around one clear responsibility: every journey should be properly planned, professionally operated and easy for the client to manage.
We serve executives, international visitors, companies, embassies, travel agencies, event organisers and private groups in Bulgaria and across Europe. Our work ranges from a single airport transfer to multi-vehicle programmes, conferences and long-distance tours.
Our history
More than three decades in passenger transport
The beginning
Our roots in passenger transport go back to 1991, when the original family transport activity began serving private and business clients.
BG Trans Ltd.
BG Trans Ltd. was established in Sofia under the management of Ivan Geshtakov, creating the structure for a broader fleet and professionally coordinated chauffeur services.
One fleet for different journeys
The company operates executive cars, luxury SUVs and vans, VIP minibuses and full-size coaches for passenger groups from 1 to 50+.
What makes us different
A transport partner, not simply a vehicle supplier
Real transport programmes change. Flights arrive early or late, meetings move, passenger lists evolve and an additional stop becomes necessary. Our role is to keep the complete movement organised while the client has one accountable local contact.
We review every request according to passenger numbers, luggage, route, timing and service expectations. The recommended vehicle and operating plan are then confirmed clearly before the journey.
Operational responsibility
Direct communication, clear assignments and support before, during and after the service.
Professional chauffeurs
Punctual, presentable and discreet drivers experienced with business and international guests.
Real fleet capacity
Executive Mercedes-Benz cars, premium vans, minibuses and coaches selected for the actual group.
International communication
English-speaking service, with Russian- and Spanish-speaking coordination available on request.
Documented trust
Chosen for official and high-responsibility transport
BG Trans has supported corporate programmes, international visitors, entertainment productions and official delegations. In 2019, the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Sofia formally confirmed the company as its transport and vehicle-rental partner for an official event.
Discretion, safety and comfort matter. Just as important are punctuality, accurate communication and knowing who is responsible for every passenger movement.
