When you send a transport enquiry we may process your name, email, telephone, company, route, date, passenger and luggage information, plus technical security logs. We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange and perform transport services, comply with legal obligations and protect the website. Data may be accessed by hosting, email, accounting and service partners only where necessary. We do not sell personal data. Information is retained only for the relevant purpose and applicable legal periods. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
