Lease period:

The minimum period for use of car rental is 4 hours. Rental period is considered the basis of 1 working day = 8 hours from the time of hiring. Grace period for repayment - 1 hour. To delay or to use the extra hours the price is updated as follows: 1 to 4 hours are charged a half fee for use of rental car for 1 day, 4 hours and more - all with a fee to use the car rental for 1 day.

 Reservations for use of car rental with driver:

Reservation for the use of your chosen car hire with driver can be made by phone, e-mail, by filling out our form online or in our office. To make your reservation 100% guaranteed, you have to make advance payment of value car rental for one day, regardless of the period for which you want to rent it. In the event that after you have made payment you opt to use the service, you must notify us by phone 48 hours before the actual rental car.

 Insurance and taxes:

All cars come with Insurance IT, Insurance CASCO, Insurance sites and road tax vignette.

Fuel:

The fuel is not included in the price of the rental car with driver. The car passed with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned back to the petrol tank, paid the missing amount.

It is possible to pay in cash, by posterminal or bank transfer. Cash payment is accept all convertible currencies or equivalent in Euro. Deposit and full rental fee must be prepaid.

Compulsory and full insurance are included in the rental car. Personal liability in case of damage is limited to the amount of the deposit. Additional fee of 5 Euro per day covers the liability of the tenant for damages covered by standard insurance. Damage, loss or theft of motor vehicle parts not covered by standard insurance (damage to the chassis, flat tires, interior damage, loss, destruction or theft of the vehicle, key, number, cover, antenna), as well as damages listed in the police report and the loss of damages, the renter shall pay full compensation to the lessor for damages. Renter is fully responsible and must pay all damages arising from use of the vehicle after using alcohol or other drugs - In PTP tenant must notify the Traffic Police to prepare a protocol, and to notify the company immediately. - In the accident occurred through no fault of the tenant if it can not be repaired damage on the ground, the company is committed within 24 hours to replace the vehicle anywhere in the country on its own. - In case of theft, the Renter is obliged to immediately notify the company and must be provided by the tenant checklists and keys to the car. - Repairs carried out by the tenant with knowledge of the company cashed after the contract against the submitted documents.
